Our Story
Black Men of Valour is more than an organization — it is a calling, a brotherhood, and a movement rooted in faith, purpose, and service.
Founded on the campus of Bethune-Cookman University by Amarion Snipe, alongside Vice President Jamal Graddick, Black Men of Valour was established on October 5th, 2025 — the first Sunday of the month. While in church, God placed a vision on my heart — a vision to build a generation of young men who would stand boldly in their faith, walk in purpose, and lead with strength and integrity.
Inspired by the faith and courage of David, we believe that no matter how young or overlooked you may feel, God can use you to do great things. Our foundation is built on trusting God, stepping out on faith, and answering the call even when the path is uncertain.
Our mission is to become “fishers of men,” guiding both men and women toward Christ while creating a supportive brotherhood that uplifts, encourages, and holds each other accountable. We are committed not only to spiritual growth, but also to making a real impact in our communities — through service, mentorship, and opportunity.
Black Men of Valour stands for strength, courage, discipline, and faith. We are here to lead, to serve, and to build something greater than ourselves — a legacy that reflects God’s purpose and transforms lives.
